Isabel gently walked over to the edge of the river. Her red and white pelt slowly moved with the wind. She sat down on her haunches and her amber eyes were fixed apon the water. At the moment the current was strong enough to take her under and downstream quite far. She layed down on the shore and dipped her front paws into it. The cool water felt good.
Isabel surrendered to her mind. She walked down past happenings and remembered the day she was left. Her tail thumped angrily on the ground. 'Stupid humans, im glad that his house burnt to the ground ' she thought. Her gaze grew angry but then softened as she remembered the kindness of the little girl whom she came to trust. She shook her head, "why must all the good parish?" she asked the river.

:Miss, twas only a joke:
A small chestnut shape was found only a little bit upriver on the same side that the fae was resting on. He was bent over the water with his tongue lapping at it noisely. The brute had his reddish-brown eyes closed with happiness. The soft drizzle of water had started to matt his fur down, sticking it to his body.
Austin was in a good mod today. He loved the rain. The soft noise it made, the coolness it etched up ones body. He loved water as well. The Kahna River wasn't some place he came often though. Today he had just felt the urge for a drink of fresh, cool water.
Austin raised his head and looked around him. His red-chestnut fur fell in the way of his eyes, making it hard to see. His tail wagged happily, as through the soft raindrops he saw the figure of another dog downstream.
He padded over happily, each step had a bounce in it. His tongue lolled out of his mouth happily and his eyes sparkled. As he came closer to the dog he recognized it as a Fae. He stopped when he was about a tail length away and gazed at her.
"Hi!" he said only a bit later. His voice was springy and his tongue still protruded from his mouth.

Bell felt the other dog's presence as he walked up to her. There was a fun air to him and Bell wagged her tail, she stood. Her gaze passed over the hyper dog. She immediately liked him. "Hi! My name's Isabel! but you can call me Bell!" she said equally hyper. Her banner waved a million miles per second it seemed like.
ooc: omg...no muse at all today...

[Don't worry, I feel the same right now ] :Miss, twas only a joke:
Austin dipped his head in on odd way. He was trying to show a bit of respect, but his tongue was still lolled out and his tail wagging happily through the air. His odd smile was resting on his chestnut colored face and his red-brown eyes sparkled with it.
"Austin," he said. "Just plain old Austin." He gave her a wink and smiled brightly.
The fae looked nice, really nice. She was quite pretty with red and white fur. Austins fur was nothing like that. His red fur was a dark redish brown, and it lay plastered to his body from the still drizzling rain. The male didn't mind though. All he wanted right now was to meet somebody new, maybe make a friend.

Bell's tail kept wagging and she bounced around. "Austin! I like that name! It's nice and simple! " she pawed the ground and tilted her head. Something was missing...she just didnt know quite what it was. She looked around for a few moments and saw a rabbit. An idea popped into her head and she almost yipped with excitement but that would startle it so she kept quiet. "Say, Austin? Want to go chase that rabbit? Just for fun though, cause im not really hungry...what do you say?"

Austin turned his head and looked at the small brownish rabbit. He narrowed his eyes, shrugged his shoulders and nodded. It sounded fun. He didn't speak though, incase that the rabbit would hear them and bolt away.
He twisted his head and he gazed at Bell, waiting to see if she would give any sign saying, "let's go!"

Bell watched the rabbit for a moment, eyes transfixed on it. She noted everything on it and around. There was a tree a few hundred yards to the left and there was a dip in the earth around the tree. She breathed in the rabbit's scent and found out that it was strong and healthy. This would be a good chase. She looked at Austin and nodded. Her strong back legs catapulted her off the ground and into the chase.
