((Sorry it took me so long to come back.))
Shalla trotted softly into the city. Her short fur was caked with dried mud and she had a few new scratches from bushes she had gone through. As she entered the city she sniffed near the entrance of each of the packs and then she came to the east pack. I like the smell of this one. She decided firmly.
Sitting herself firmly onto the ground she tilted her head back and howled, a clear note that said who she was, she followed the howl with a short bark that said why she was there. I wonder if anyone will come say hi. She thought wryly, then looked down at herself and winced. I must look terrible. She thought ruefully.
Starting with her paws and keeping her nose and ears open for anyone approaching she started licking herself clean. She washed her paws and gingerly washed her ear, it was almost completely healed thank heavens and then stopped and looked around again. "What am I doing? If this pack accepts me I want them to accept me for how I look now. Granted I would like to be clean but I'd much rather jump in a pond or something to do it. She decided aloud.
Having made her decision on that she stood up and shook herself before sitting back down again to wait.
((Sorry if it's a little short. Gotta get back into Shalla's character.))

ooc: I'll act like Aisha's already been accepted due to inactivity.
ic: White pads hit the ground for a mere second before springing back up, tassel wagged with amazing energy and her head was hld high. A newcomer? At long last someone new has appeared. she thought. This thought in her mind her strides became longer. The quicker she got their the better. Muscles rippled, easily visible beneath her white brown and black pelt, a sign of her constant running around, using them and keeping them well looked after. She wasn't a large dog, infact she was quite small. She looked exactly like a beagle, though she was only half. She was mainly brown with white muzzle, underbelly and tip of tail along with a black patch in the middle of her back with a white spot in the center of it.
Eventually, dark orbits set 'pon the femme. Granted, she was muddy, but Aisha didn't judge by appearance, she judged by personality and scent. Her pace didn't slow. Her energetic bounds a sign of the youth that still ran through her veins. At four years old, having lived on the street since she had turned two. Half her life she'd been a stray. This was one dog who knew what to look out for. She ground to a stop infront of the newcomer and held her head high to show her position. "Greetings. I am Aisha, the betan of these lands, would you mind stating your name and why you come to our lands." It was a ritual. Every time someone new came she did the same thing. Ask for name and reason before letting them go any further.

Shalla smiled as she smelled someone coming. At last. She thought happily. Watching the beagle looking dog come closer she bowed her head respectfully.
"My name is Shalla. I came here because I'm tired of living in the same place as humans and because there was a little bit of trouble with a dog who thought he was the king of the world." Shaking out her fur a little she continued. "I came to the borders of this pack because it smelled the best to me. I figured that I would be able to be myself here and not pretend to be someone I'm not." She told her. She was going out on a bit of a limb speaking so truthfully and candidly to the betan of this pack but she figured it was better to be to the point and truthful rather than vague. "I can hunt a little bit and fight some." She said, just in case Aisha wanted to know that.
Finished with her reply she sat as still as a statue, waiting for a reply. I hope I'm accepted. I've had enough wandering around with no purpose.
