..:Don't hate me because I'm beautiful:..
The night was chilly. The moon was bright. The stars shined brilliantly. A soft wind tugged at everything.
The park was quiet except for the soft squeaking of a swing that was pulled by the wind. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Screech, screech... A few leaves russled on a tree. The night was eeire.
A dog could be seen walking with her head down. Her eyes looked infront of her, menacingly. Her paws stepped on the ground lightly and her long elegnat fur billowed at her sides. She loved nights like these.
The fae padded through the park, making no sound. The only thing that could really say she was there was the site of her or the sweet scent she left lingering in the air.
The femme stopped when the small childrens play tower rose above her. Amazingly it was still in good shape. Murder remembered her trainer walking her by here on every rock. When she was a pup she had always longed to go play inside. Now was her chance.
Murder stepped onto the blue plastic. She heard the thing squeak and felt the weight of it shift and moan. She carefully lifted herself up, the only sound she made was her back feet scraping the woodchips.
Murder climbed the structure to the top where a silde used to have children flying down one by one. Now, there were no Children. Murder sat ontop of there with her fur billowing in the soft wind. She shut her eyes and listened.
An owl hooted in the distance and a smile crept up on her face. Owls, what mysterious creatures. Their hoot meant death after the moon had gone past the highest point in the sky. Murder tilted her head upwards and took a glimpse at the moon. Not nearly close to its peak. She shrugged, oh well, nobody was getting killed tonight.
Murder sat there, staring at the park before her. In her mind it wasn't the dark park lit by the moon that she was seeing though, instead it was the old, flourishing park.
As Murder's eyes moved towards the swings instead of seeing the rusted old ashy ones, she saw brand new bright red and blue swings. Children were screaming and playing on them.
As Murder changed her gaze to where the bench used to be, she didn't see a pile of ash, instead she saw a brown place to sit with older humans sitting on it, talking on those weird things you hold up to your ear or watching their pups play.
And finally, when Murder looked at the slide she didn't see a thing that was half burned to ash right down the middle, instead she saw the magnificent bright yellow ride. Kids slid down it with agility, speeding.
Murder sighed. How she wished she could go back in time and make the fire disappear. How she wished her trainer was still here with her. Things would be so different.
The ind tugged at Murder's fur and her heart closed the door on the sweet wishing. Her eyes turned cold and she gazed out before her. If she couldn't have what she wanted, she'd just have to live with what she had. She'd have to make herself happy. The only way she could be truely happy was to be bitter and cold, just like the night.

Mya pranced in proudly. Pride was something that Mya often had and she could never be robbed of her pride, not even when losing in a battle, she walks away with her head high. Now she had joined the South Pack and trouble was bound to start up in that pack. A pack full of ruthless dogs all great fighters and not the nicest dogs to be around. She fit right in here.
The pretty Keeshond mix felt right at home in this pack. She had yet to meet all the members. Mya wasn't one to make friends so she wasn't worried anyone liking her. If they didn't like her then they could deal with it. And if they disliked her enough to threaten her then she would show them who they are dealing with. Mya's one tough cookie and it would take a super charming or very determined dog to get past her tough exterior to the sweet, friendly dog underneath.
She walked gracefully her golden fur blowing in the gentle wind and her chocolate orbs scanning the area. She saw another dog off in the distance. It was a female and she appeared to be very tall and lanky. Afghan hound... Mya thought. She had never been very fond of them for every one she had met had been a snooty house pet. What was a snob doing on the south pack territory. She couldn't possibly be a pack member. thought Mya, thinking that all Afghan hounds were snobbish.
There was a long pause where Mya wondered what she should do now. Like I said she wasn't one for making friends. She caught this dog's scent and it was a south pack member. She sighed. Looks like this pack isn't all that tough after all., still thinking that Afghan hounds are all whiny house pets she went up to the dog a little on edge.
She appeared to be looking all around her at stupid burnt down ashy things. Mya didn't live here before so she didn't know why a dog would be so interested in this ashy park. "What are you doing?" she asked not caring how rude that sounded as the first thing to say to someone you don't know. Mya didn't care if she were rude or mean. It takes a lot to get past her rude and mean part to a part that is wonderful and kind.

The fae sitting atop the castle like structure hadn't heard the other femme aproach. When words met Murder's ears her head snapped and her eyes turned, ice cold and glaring at the new arrival.
Seeing the golden dog, a smile curled up on Murder's face. A new pack member, yet another target to chew upon. Murders dark brown eyes glimmered and her ears lay perked on her head.
"Is that really a question for you to be asking?" Murder said, the smile still curling up her mouths tips. She gave the femme that quick overlook, starting at the head and moving her eyes down. A disgusted looked was exchanged for the smile. Murder glared down upon the golden dog and raised her eyebrows. She felt thingyy. She slightly tilted her head and let her eyes glare into her companies own eyes.
This will be grand, Murder thought, smiling inwardly to herself. This dog would be a easy target it looked like. Somebody she could bash until there was nothing left but a timid little thing. For effect, Murder shook her long and elegant tanish coat. It was glowing slightly silver in the moonlight that was barely seen through the still lingering smoke.

Mya snorted in contempt and turned away. So maybe this dog was worthy of south pack but she would never be worthy of Mya in her own opinion. She looked at the snotty dog. "Is that really a way you want to be speaking to me?" she spat a growl in her voice. Mya didn't feel like fighting, she had walked a long way and just wanted to sleep.
She sat down and looked up at the dog in disgust of this dog. Sometimes she really couldn't stand any other living being on the planet besides herself. This appeared to be one of those moments. She just pictured that scrieching, annoying human girl and looked upon this dog to be just like her only with a silver tongue instead of a high-pitched screeching one. Mya was never much of a talker. She didn't talk much trash but she made up for that lacking in her strength with fighting. So if she couldn't come up with something to say she normally just lunged at the dog and watched as it shrieked away into the night.

..:Don't Hate me because I'm beautiful:.. Murders lips tightened, but the smile stayed put. She felt her eyes could shoot iceicles at the fae if she thought about it hard enough. Murder took a deep breath and got to her paws, her fur falling into its normal placement around her body. Not one hair was out of its position.
Murder started walking down the tower. Each foot was placed gingerly on the next plastic level. In no time the dog was on the ground, not a sound had been made except for the occasional moans from the playset. But now, as Murder walked she made sure the woodchips slid from her paws with every step. Her eyes bore into the femme's fur. She stopped not far away from the fae. "Unforntunatly, it is you who should be worried about speaking to me with that tone," Murder said with a sweet innocent sounding voice. She flashed the fae a smile a small smile, a toothy smile, showing only her pearly white fangs that were long and hooked. It was a lopsided smile, like most of Murders evil smiles were. The left side swung up whilst the right side only moved a tad. Murders eyes glimmered and she waited for the fae to do something. To speak, to snarl, to snap. Whatever it was, Murder could handle it.

The lands were silent, and yet, they held a very uncomfortable feel in them. It was the beauty of the land, ...that marvelous darkness was what he loved. Of course, it wasn't always that way. This certain brute had a rather comfortable life a while back in his broken past...but his pain seemed to comprehend with the South's atmosphere. These were his now. No humans to put false ambitions on, and most dogs feared him anyways. The lands offered what his broken spirit begged for: Pure Solitude. Or at least, a feeling of it.
He trodded silently this night, not that he wanted to travel, he'd much rather be sleeping of course. But there was a certain reason for his travels; there were two in his lands. Their scents were familiar, but it be best to see what they were up to none the less. He was feeling slightly "friendly", the others best see it as a good fortune. So why not visit others who inhabited these lands?
His muscles rippled through his white-Grey coat with every elegant stride he took, ears flared forwards regally, and golden eyes observing every movement before him.
And then, he found them. Two of the females that he'd seen before, but never really spent time becoming familiar with. He didn't reveal himself immediately, though, never did. Rather, for a while, he laid himself in the shadows, and observed the two. The fact that they seemed to be arguing made him smirk slightly. Females were simply adorable when the fought. But he wasn't ready to let them slit each other's throats. That was one pleasure he wanted to keep as his own. Plus, watching two wonderfully lovely females as the ones before him wouldn't be fair. Not good at all. So obviously, he had to "intrude".
He stepped from the shadows, and observed both of them. Of course, he wasn't completely released from the shadows, but enough for them to see he was here. He sat, curled his tail around his haunches. He spoke up in the first bit of silence he could find...His voice charming, tagged with a soft English accent.
"Now now...what's the matter here? There are such things as...friendly introductions, aren't there?"
Of course, he himself didn't believe in "friendly introductions". The comment itself really didn't match his usual character anyways. But then again, how many times was he in a good mood? It was only acceptable he gave such a comment. There was no other explaination.
He lowered his head slightly, his eyes shifting from from each of the two faes slowly. He was merely curious to see their reaction...and exactly how daring the females in these lands really were.

The elegant fae twisted her head slowly to where the smooth voice had come from. Her eyes twinkled as the great Chasain came into veiw. Her smile widened a bit. She started speaking in her sweet tone with her eyes on Chase, her deep brown eyes. "I too beleive in these... friendly introductions," she said, a lie on her lips. Her eyes twinkled brightly as her head turned to face the other female, a deadly gaze it was. "But I can tell that she here, does not..." her voice trailed off and her smile vanished just like that. A twitch of the left side of her mouth showed her anger, she wanted to burst into a snarl. Her long flopping ears were twisted back a bit and her eyes were as cold as can be.
Murder could feel her claws itching to tear something, to brake something. She clenched her jaw, she wanted to dig her fangs into something. Her eyes flared with anger as she gazed at the fae.

Mya saw Chastain enter the scene. He was a great leader and she respected him for leading the pack so greatly. She bowed her head in greeting and respect but still looked upon the Afghan with anger and distrust. She watched him for a little while until he finally decided to speak. She almost laughed but bit her tongue. Friendly introductions were not something Mya enjoyed and she never indulged in them. "As far as I'm concerned introductions are just an excuse to hear yourself speak. If you wish for someone to know your name, then make a name for yourself." she said with an elegance that could not be matched.
She was angry indeed but somehow Mya had learned through the years to keep her cool and her head screwed on tight. She rarely ever lost it just from being mad. She looked back at Chastain a mischievious smile always planted upon her lips. "But if you insist," she said. It was not that she was planning some evil trickery she just had a natural way of speaking smoothly and slyly. "I'm Mya." she was looking at Murder when she said it but she really didn't care whether Murder knew her name or not she had merely said it so the alpha would know.
Then she heard Murder speak and scoffed. "Hah! That's funny." she said not believing for a second that Murder believed in friendly introductions at all. She listened to Murder's next words and had to nod her head for it was true. "That bit of words was true. But I am entitled to my own beliefs, am I not?" Mya had respect for the alpha but she was not a suck up and spoke what she felt. If anyone had a problem with that then they can speak their own feelings and she'd be on her way.

..:Don't hate me because I'm beautiful:..
Murder let a sweet chuckle float through her lips and her eyes sparkled. The words did not hurt the fae. "Murder," she said with a slight twist of her head. Her eyes seemed glued to her prey though, the female that sat there infront of her.
For now, Murder had nothing to say. She stood there sweetly with innocent eyelashes batting. She didn't once switch her gaze from the fae to the brute though.
Murder found this fae interesting oddly enough. She found the words that she spoke harsh, like Murder's herself. If their first encounter hadn't been so much like this, they might have made it off quite well. They seemed much alike. Murder found her enemies best that way though. She liked them like her so that she knew what to expect.

ooc: Sorry, I was busy D: But I guess the posting order is now Me, Reinna, and then Akio...then it starts over xD
-postie-
bic:
He kept his eyes on both females for the entire time, almost like a parent looks after their pups. He yawned after a while, and retreated into a lazy recline...his massive ivory legs out stretched, his tail now elongated across the dusty ground, and his hind legs hidden beneath the rest of his giant frame. His ears stayed alert, but that same alertness couldn't be as easily seen from his golden eyes, which blinked ever so slowly every few seconds.
He allowed the two females to respond to his question, and them watched them turn towards each other once more, and simply glare. He seemed almost upset...almost as if he wanted them to tear each other apart...entertaining him as they did so. Guess they weren't as daring as he thought.
For a while, he simply rolled their names around in his mind...The Elegant Afghan was called by "Murder", and the lovely golden pelted female she was against dubbed "Mya". He's remember that...and from now on, see which one was more suited for these lands.
He answered to Mya's later remark...as it seemed it was an easy way to pick at her. Of course, he, by no means, was being rude by doing so...it was how his mind worked...simply put.
"Of course, my dear, everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. You're no different, are you?"
This certain female seemed to be, in his opinion, slightly more daring than Murder...but he'd test both. The end would only be his enjoyment...he really had nothing to fear.
He turned his eyes to Murder, who seemed all to calm...maybe he could flatter her on this fact. Or maybe cause her to react the way he wanted.
"Funny how calm you are, M'lady...If I was in your postion, I'd rip her throat out for a comment like that. What's your opinion on that?"
With that, he yawned once more, and watched on. Maybe there was more to life than simply sleeping.
ooc: Ugh, sorry ><

Mya nodded as Murder introduced herself. Murder, interesting name. she thought. Mya had always like her name. She didn't know why. It wasn't unique or tough or special in any way but there was something about it she loved. She turned her head to eye the alpha. He appeared to be waiting for something. Then when Chase spoke she was satisfied with the fact that he agreed with her about her own opinions. But she did not show it. Instead she looked to Murder with a daring edge in her eye. As Chase continued to speak, this time to Murder, Mya kept her eyes on Murder. She almost laughed once again when Chase was done talking. Instead she put on a sly corner smile and watched Murder's reaction. "Yes, what is your opinion on that Murder?" she asked her eyes staring into the other femme's eyes, just daring her to make a move. Normally if anyone had said what Chase had said Mya would not have acted so calmly but considering it was her alpha and Mya held respect for him she kept her cool. She simply brushed it off, not even giving it recognition and kept her eyes on Murder's. OOC: Yughhh! sucky post!
