Walking down a small dirt road, the border of the south lay infront of a silouhette that was showing against the wall. Ava or Avalon was sitting quietly, almost invisible in the odd fog that surrounded her and the buildings. It seemed like smoke from the old fire, as if mocking the burnt down city in it's ash covered ways. The fur on Ava glimmered from the water in the air in the moonlight causing her to seem more mysterious than she acutally was. Raising her head into the crisp air, she called out in a defiant voice yet gentle as a sea breeze, "Alpha of this land, i wish to speak to you." This was said with great respect, since Ava was testing the alpha to see if this was possibly a place to show her true colors of saracasim and wisdom. Looking around in her new surroundings, the fae waited in the mist and watched as she thought a shadow approached. Straightning her back, it turned out to be a rat and all her dignity dropped the fay smiled at it. "You, big fat and furry, scurry before i come after you in a hurry." Giggling slight, Ava heard the rat scream and run the other way. "Oh come on you silly rodent, my ryhme wasn't that bad was it? Or do you think i eat rat filth? Slightly bored she called again to the alpha "I wish to join the south pack and become beta if i am accepted Mi'lord" Swallowing nervously she waited.

No, she wasnt the alpha but she wasn't in a good mood and wanted to see who the intruder was. Gypsy strode forwards with amazing power and crossed the brim of the hill. She was heavily pregnant and wasn't very trusting right now. Eyes slitted as she loped down the hill and her pace slowed, tail waving in annoyance. Eventually she arrived at the side of the newcomer and circled her. Then she stopped before her. Name? she questioned with arrogance obvious in her tone. The pups were soon to be born and she had her eye on the betan spot, if not higher. So, yes, she was a little disliking of this forwards femme. By the way, a little patience please, our alpha is a very busy dog and patience would put him in a better mood. she hissed. I'm Gypsy and I think Zephyr should remain the only beta on this land until a mate he chooses. she growled.
The black and tan alsation raised to her paws again and her teeth showed slightly beneath her lip. Auds pinned to her cranium. Pregnancy had not done anything for her moods. No, it was slightly painful and very annoying. Yet Gypsy was still young, having escaped the military and helping one other escape... Not that helping him escape had done her much good. He'd got her pregnant and then ran. That was the most annoying thing of all... These pups would be a constant reminder of their traitor of a father. But let them die? No, she'd train tem and they'd become mighty warriors for the south.

The fae paused and thought to herself, well someone woke up on the wrong side of the garbage can. Some of the mist was starting to get heavier and it made Ava hard to see but she was still there. The mist was turning a blackish brown color hence the ash all around it. Sighing, she bowed her head slightly and looked at Gypsy, "I was named Avalon, some people call me Ava. What ever you prefer. They say it's rude to growl at guests, but thats just my oppinoin Gypsy." Ava was getting slightly annoyed with being treated like an puppy who got into their humans garbage can. Baring her sharp white teeth, the femme growled in a cresendo or from lower to higher, till it was rather loud. Her auds were pinned to the the back of her head and her tail was fluffed out in order to look larger than she already was. "I wouldn't fight if i were you. You've got more things to worry about, than an old dog like me." Ava taunted. This brought back memories of the pit when there would be fights with words before mouths. Pausing her growls ceased and she looked at Gypsy with a look of pure annoyance, "You know what really kills me? When dogs are rude and would stoop low enough to challenge someone who might become one of their pack.And Zpheyr, your beta male can make that decison himself, don't you think?" Baring her teeth, she waited to see how Gypsy would react and hoped that the real alpha would come before the fighting was beyond words.

Great, we'll actually have a good post goin!!! Oh and we might need someone to interveen *Coughs for Alpha and Beta and Assain to join* So someone dosen't get hurt like the pups Gypsy is carrying or you soon to be memebe....

The sound of the wind against the ashen earth and charred remains of building was the only thing that was heard. The fog rolled into the city, and it engulfed all life that seemed to stride through it. The animal walked along solemnly, the fog covering his ankles and swirling as he moved his sturdy legs. The brute had his tail hanging low, and he was just wandering around, sniffing out any traces of food and trying to find something to eat. His belly growled which was a constant reminder to him. Find food. I'm hungry.
The Beta slowly continued on his way, his head low to the ground. Then the figure stopped. He had caughten a scent. One of them, he reconized. The other, he didn't. An intruder, maybe? He lifted his head and scanned around for any life forms visible to him. Then, far off in the distance, he saw two figures. They were like small shadows, and were surrounded by the muggy fog, barely visible. He then picked up his pace, trotting quickly towards the figures infront of him. They drew closer, and nearer to him.
He let out a bark, warning them that he was coming.
As he kept jogging, he suddenly reconized one of the shadows as Gypsy, the new dog to the pack. Then he saw the stranger, who he had never seen before. This dog's scent was strange. He couldn't quite tell what was going on, but both of them seemed angry as they spoke. "This is going to be interesting..." The brute thought to himself.

"Well, Avalon, growling is normal round here. Get that into your thick skull, right?" she said, anger obvious in both stance and voice as her optics narrowed further. "Don't start, missy. No, I wouldn't fight now but you will regret it later if you pick a fight with me, right, b****?" she snarled in reply to the femoras taunt, fangs bared and audits pinned to her skull. "Zephyr shouldn't be put in that position, he doesn't even know you." she gowled. "But we shall see..." she growled. Her hackles raised slightly when she eventually saw Zephyr through the corner of her eye. We'll see... We'll see... But whatever he says, she'll regret annoying me.

" i may look skinny and stringy right now," Pausing Ava growled and barked twice acknowledging the Zephyr was there and continued, "But really even with out you small burdens, and excuse me i do believe you are the pregnant dog here and have no authority to treat me like a four week old pup." Bile was coming up in her throat and she spit it out remembering the pitts and added sauciely "/your Zephyr i presume, so glad you could make it before you official greeter got too friendly." Ava's voice dripped with saracasim, her teeth were bared and her body was ready to spring. Circling Gyspy so she could see all sides of her at once, the femme waited patiently and could defend herself at all costs if she was needed too. "And really she needs to know the word heel or even better to find a better thing to do than harass new comers. Oh and Gypsy if you ever want to fight. Let me know, i do believe we'd be a good match." Ava could feel the hatred and realized that if Gyspy attacked she would only defend herself as not to hurt the pups inside of her. The grudge inbetween the two would last a long time and then some. Trying to shake it off she bowed slightly to Zephyr before speaking without any nervesness at all, "I wish to join as Beta and if you are Zephyr i know this is a great decision but i do think it would work out well." Her formalness was slowly evaporating and she spat out ot Gypsy. "Plus some of the other canidates are rather...interesting." Looking at Gypsy she could tell that the femme had been interested in Beta just by how hostile she was. Waiting for his reply, Ava's fur blew slightly around her kind face.
